Refund Policy

 

In order to keep our overhead cost as low as possible, we do not operate any storefront locations and handle the majority of our business via direct website orders and e-mail. If you need to speak to us over the phone, please contact us with your request. We make ourselves available via e-mail or chat as much as possible.


Payments and Return Policy:

At 2WayRadioParts.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You can return it to 2WayRadioParts within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price minus shipping and handling costs. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase. You may cancel any order with us within 24 hours of placing the order at no cost to you. If you cancel your order with us after 24 hours because you changed your mind, made a mistake, failed to provide a valid shipping address for delivery of goods, or for any other reason, 3.6% of your order total will not be refunded to cover transaction fees.  If your order total is over $1,000 USD and you cancel the order after we have already procured the items for your order, it will be subject to our standard restocking fee of 25%.

Return Process


Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, 2WayRadioParts reserves the right to refuse the return, and all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.  This restocking fee may be waived solely at our discretion.

How to return or exchange an item:

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To request an RMA number online contact us
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box or package.
Ship via USPS Mail service with a delivery tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Rules:
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same part or manufacturer's equivalent part.
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
2WayRadioParts is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
