In order to keep our overhead cost as low as possible, we do not operate any storefront locations and choose to handle the majority of our business via e-mail. We pride ourselves by responding to requests promptly, no longer than a few hours.
Payments and Return Policy:
At 2WayRadioparts.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You can return it to 2WayRadioParts L.L.C. within 10 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price minus Shipping and Handling costs. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase. If you cancel your order with us before we ship because you changed your mind, made a mistake, or failed to provide a valid shipping address for delivery of goods, a 3 percent fee of your entire order amount paid will not be refunded for all USA Sales. A 5 percent fee will not be refunded for all international orders outside of the USA. Once you submit your order this fee of 3 percent in the USA OR 5 percent fee outside of the USA will not be refunded of the total amount of your purchase price for any returns or cancelled sales from the customer.

How to return or exchange an item:
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box or package.
Ship via USPS Mail service with a delivery tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same part or manufacturer's equivalent part.
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
2WayRadioparts is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

We may also accept bank issued cashiers checks or company and municipal checks and international Wire Transfers from our foreign clients with prior approval.
